On the occasion of the Social Worker's Day, a ceremony, which was organised by the Regional Centre for Social Policy, was held in the building of the Arthur Rubinstein Philharmonic in Lodz on 20 November of the current year. During the ceremony the team of the Department of Applied Sociology and Social Work of the University of Lodz received a distinction.
