Studies at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology in the field of Informatics and Econometrics completed in 1998. In the same year doctoral studies started, completed in 2003. Doctoral thesis entitled “Securities Portfolio with Limited Liquidity of Components. Application of genetic algorithms”. Since then, work at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology as an assistant professor.

Research interests: linear and non-linear optimization, genetic and evolutionary algorithms, forecasting methodology, DEA method, multi-criteria programming, R computing environment, decision support in logistic processes.
