Team for Electronic Publications and Depositing
- Coordinating the work of the Electronic Publications and Depositing Team in accordance with the tasks assigned by the Head of the Publishing Production Department.
- Managing records and documentation.
- Participating in the implementation and development of the OJS and OMP platforms.
- Creating journal websites on the University of Łódź Open Journal System platform and updating data.
- Preparing journal articles in HTML format for publication on the Open Journal System platform of the University of Łódź.
- Developing metadata.
- Verifying and depositing e-books for sale on various platforms.
- Quality control of files according to the requirements of the databases.
- Entering publications into bookstores.
- Depositing electronic journal versions in OJS, RUŁ, CEEOL, EBSCO, BazHum, and DOAJ.
- Depositing monographs in OMP and RUŁ.
- Registering DOI numbers.
- Depositing mandatory copies of electronic publications in the National Library and the Jagiellonian Library.
