  • Archival tasks: collecting, storing, securing, processing, and cataloging, including:
  • Receiving records into the Archive,
  • Processing (organizing) and cataloging received records and arranging them on shelves, moving and consolidating record series in storage,
  • Checking the completeness and accuracy of descriptions and updating inventory cards,
  • Creating inventories in both traditional (card) and electronic formats,
  • Preparing non-archival documentation for disposal,
  • Providing access to documentation stored in the Archive of the University of Łódź,
  • Conducting queries for official and scientific purposes.
