- liaising with editors of scientific journals
- analysing the needs of journals in terms of scoring and parameterisation
- applying to databases and indexes
- initiating and coordinating cooperation with distribution/access platforms/databases
- managing the process of concluding author agreements
- creating a publishing plan for journal editions for a given year in digital and print formats and supervising its timely implementation
- accepting works and submitting them for production in accordance with established procedures
- organising regular information meetings with journal editors
- preparing information materials
- discussing comments, accepting requests, formulating proposals for a promotion strategy
