I am a habilitated PhD, a university professor at the Institute of Psychology, University of Lodz, and a graduate of the Mini MBA Postgraduate Program. From 2016 to 2020, I served as the Deputy Director of Science at the Institute of Psychology, University of Lodz.
I specialise in issues of work and organisational psychology. I am the author of more than 80 scientific publications in high-scoring journals (including three monographs). My book entitled "The phenomenon of multi-work. Psychological determinants and consequences" (2014) published by the University of Lodz Publishing House was nominated for the prestigious Theophrast Prize for the best psychology book.
I educate students in the field of psychology. I give lectures, exercises and master's seminars, also lectures for students of the ERASMUS+ programme.
I am a member of the team led by Prof. Dorota Merecz-Kot, Ph.D., UŁ, in the NCN Chanse Call project (2022-2025) entitled New Challenges for Health and Safety at Work in Transition in Europe: the Role of Digital Work Platforms (GIG-OSH UMO-2021/03/Y/HS6/00267) and the Interdisciplinary Research Grant entitled "The Role of Digital Work Platforms in Transition" (GIG-OSH UMO-2021/03/Y/HS6/00267). Additional functions: member of the Council of the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Łódź, Member of the Recruitment Committee for the Doctoral School of Social Sciences, Member of the Degree Committee at the Faculty of Education Sciences at the University of Łódź, board member of the Polish Association of Organisational Psychology.
