The scope of tasks and duties of the attorney at law includes:

1.Representing the University in proceedings before common and administrative courts, as well as enforcement authorities and the National Appeals Chamber,

2.Drafting legal opinions and providing ongoing legal counseling,

3.Reviewing internal legislation of the University,

4.Reviewing drafts of contracts and agreements,

• 5.cooperating with the Supervisors of the organizational units of the University in creating internal regulations and drawing up contracts that are unusual or legally complex in order to properly secure the interests of the University.
