- educating students; I teach classes in the history of Russian literature (the period of writing from the 11th to the mid-19th century and literature of the 20th and 21st centuries), poetics, introduction to literary studies, overview of current socio-political events in Russia, Russian culture, philological text analysis;

- conducting scientific research and development work;

- conducting undergraduate theses (I am the supervisor of undergraduate theses on contemporary Russian literature and culture);

- participating in the organisational work of the Institute of Russian Studies and the Faculty of Philology of the University of Łódź;

- since 2015, I have been the supervisor of the Culturological Scientific Circle of Young Russianists;

- I am a member of the Promotion Team of the Institute of Russian Studies.
