Professor Anna Szymańska, head of the Department of Insurance at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz. Magister of mathematics, habilitated doctor of economics in the discipline of finance. Scientific and research interests focus on insurance, insurance statistics and actuarial mathematics. She lectures on insurance, financial mathematics, accounting, mathematics, statistics, actuarial mathematics, insurance statistics.
