Teaching in the field of tourism and recreation (1st degree studies), sustainable tourism (2nd degree studies), and geography. Subjects taught include, among others, bachelor's seminars, history of architecture and art, tourist attractiveness of selected Balkan countries, signs in tourism, semiotics of tourism, urban semiotics, field exercises, subjects in English for Erasmus students (Geography of Tourism in Poland, Urban Semiotics).

Conducting scientific research - mainly in the field of cultural geography, especially semiotics of urban space and tourist space, interdisciplinary geographical and philological research (geopoetics, geographical onomastic analyses). The results are presented at national and international conferences, and published in scientific journals and in monographs.

Organizational work - depending on current needs. 

Member of the Main Committee of the Tourism Knowledge Olympiad.
