My duties as an assistant professor include:

  • Conducting and participating in scientific research. Currently, my research focuses mainly on the corrosion of biomaterials and surface modifications of biomedical materials. I am also involved in research on modern electrode materials for electroanalytical applications.
  • Obtaining funding for scientific research. I am currently conducting the IDUB interdisciplinary grant entitled "Titanium dioxide-based biomedical coatings with increased antibacterial activity".
  • Disseminating the results of scientific research.
  • Actively participating in scientific conferences and seminars.
  • Organizing scientific conferences.
  • Conducting teaching activities for students of the Faculty of Chemistry and the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection. I am the coordinator of the subject "Validation of measurement methods."
  • Developing teaching materials for classes.
  • Supervising and reviewing diploma theses.
  • Participating in organizational work for the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Lodz.

I am a member of:

  • The Student Mobility Team of the Faculty of Chemistry
  • The Faculty Council of the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Lodz (term 2020-2024, 2024-2028)
  • Equality Council (term 2025-2028)

I was a member of:

  • The Appeals Disciplinary Commission for PhD students (Senate Commission, term 2020-2024)
