  • Organising smooth working process of the Student Service Department,
  • cooperation with Vice-Deans for student affairs and the Dean's Plenipotentiary for financial matters in the scope of examining student affairs,
  • monitoring of legal acts; necessary updates of internal legal acts,
  • control of the course of ongoing activities,
  • managing personal matters of employees of the Student Service Department,
  • preparing data for the needs of POL-on/GUS reports/Rector's reports and others regarding student and graduate data
