My responsibilities include:

Preparing and teaching classes in Polish and Russian for the first and second level of studies.

Conducting oral and written examinations (as well as board examinations), passes, colloquia and other forms of verifying learning outcomes.

Preparing syllabuses and coordinating assigned subjects.

Supervising diploma theses (bachelor's theses).

Reviewing diploma theses and participating in diploma examination committees.

Conducting consultations.

Implementing new educational methods. Improving professional competence. Disseminating the results of scientific and didactic achievements.

Participating in the organisational work and sturcture of the university (I am a member of the Faculty Council).

I am a coordinator of the didactic programme team and a member of the promotion team of the Russian Studies Institute.

Caring for the image and good name of the University.
