Ewa Kusideł, econometrician, associated professor and the head of Department of Spatial Econometrics at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology in Lodz University. She specializes in: (1) the application of statistical and econometric methods of forecasting the sectoral structure of labour markets, (2) evaluation of the impact of EU funds on the economies, (3) real convergence processes, and lately (4) health consequences of employment in specific kinds of work (shift work, work in particular regions and sectors). She has coordinated or participated in many local and international projects; the latest of which concerns the Forecasting System for Labor Demand in Poland.
