receiving , checking for formal accounting and describing documents
PP system operation at the central administration level for the above mentioned projects,
operation of Simple ERP system,
decreeing documents and accounts,
preparation of transfers,
providing information necessary for the preparation of reports and other documents that are the basis for the settlement of the above-mentioned projects.
Reconciliation of expenditures on the above-mentioned points of conference activities with accounting and financial records and documents and formal requirements.
Execution of payments of other projects from the conference activities of the UŁ and others as indicated by the manager.
Cooperation with other central administrative units.
Reconciliation and adjustment of conference costs.
