Department of Relations Psychology and Interpersonal Diversity
I carry out courses for students of Psychology and also for students of Speech Therapy and Pedagogy. The study subjects I realize include mainly Life-span Developmental Psychology and History of Psychological Thought. Moreover, I conduct specialist courses for the specialization in Family Psychology and Development Support, and monographical lectures in English on Psychology of Creativity and Developmental Social Psychology.
As the Dean's representative of the ECTS system for the Faculty of Psychology, I consult study programmes and prepare adequate documents for students who participate in the ERASMUS+ and MOST programmes and I play the role of an examiner in English in the Departmental Qualification Committee for scholarships from the ERASMUS+ and CAMPUS programmes.
I examine students of Psychology who apply for exemption from a language course in the skill of using specialist English.
I make linguistic proofreading of articles and abstracts in English that are to be published in "Acta Universitatis Lodziensis. Folia Psychologica".
Bio
I am a graduate from two faculties at the University of Lodz: English Studies and Psychology.
I carry out courses in those subdisciplines within psychology that are close to my interests (Life-span Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, Psychology of Creatvity) and I become involved in those organizational activities at the faculty and in the institute in which knowledge of English is required (the Erasmus programme, lectures and examinations in English, translations of documents and articles).
Interests
I am interested in issues within developmental psychology of children and youth, with a special consideration given to family environment and applications of social psychology.
