Coordinate and supervise the disbursement of funds under the Scientific Development Fund of the Faculties, Scientific Development Fund of the Headquarters.

Preparation of financial documents of scientific and research activities 511-1, 511-3, Faculty Scientific Development Fund, Scientific Development Fund Central for the Faculty of Physics and Applied Informatics, Faculty of Geographical Sciences and doctoral schools of the University of Lodz, commissioned projects for external entities, commercialization of the University of Lodz including: receipt, formal and accounting verification and description of documents, operation of the PP system at the central administration level for the above projects, operation of the Simple ERP system.

Preparation of transfers.

Providing information necessary for the preparation of reports and other documents that are the basis for accounting for the above-mentioned projects.

Reconciliation of expenditures on the above-mentioned points of scientific and research activities with accounting and financial records and documents and formal requirements.

Verification and approval of procedural documents in the PP for scientific and research/other activities from the level of the responsible person - the LA Quaestor for Faculties, Interdepartmental Units, Project Support Center.

Execution of payments of other projects from activities: scientific/research/educational/other.

Verification and entry of POL-on data for individual Faculties within the framework of orders for external entities.
