I am a Doctor of Economics, assistant professor at the Department of Spatial Econometrics at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź. In my research work, I mainly focus on the analysis of the labor market, population flows and the aging of the population. I conduct research for Poland (at the level of voivodeships and poviats) and Europe (at the NUTS 1, 2 and 3 level). I use the methods of geographic information systems as well as spatial statistics and econometrics (including multi-equation spatial regression models and GWR models). I am currently working on a project titled: "Woman on the labor market in Poland". I am the author of over 50 scientific publications (scientific monographs, scientific articles, chapters in scientific monographs), I participated in over 40 scientific conferences in Poland and abroad, I participated in 9 research projects, I am a reviewer in Polish and foreign scientific journals (including a statistical reviewer in the Oeconomia Copernicana journal), I conduct courses in the field of visualization and analysis of spatial data.

2003: First prize for a paper presented during the 6th International Conference at the University of Marketing and Business in Łódź "Young in Common Europe"
