Scientific interests:

Physiological response of plants to abiotic environmental stresses - pot cultures of higher plants and sterile in vitro cultures of aquatic macrophytes.
The use of seed priming to improve their quality and germination parameters.
Searching for and using natural plant biostimulants.
Studying the role of melatonin in plants.
Using the antioxidant potential of phytochemicals in obtaining new sources of functional food and natural cosmeceuticals.
