As part of the Centre for Organising Cultural Events and Conferences (COWKiK):

• I support units in the organization of events, meetings, conferences, concerts (among other things, I operate a checkroom designed for special events)
• I maintain a handy warehouse of means (chemical and sanitary) and foodstuffs
• I replenish chemical and hygienic agents in social and sanitary rooms on an ongoing basis
• I perform cleaning activities in the halls on an ongoing basis
• I prepare halls for meetings ( tableware, refreshments, settings, cleaning ) in buildings subordinate to COWKiK
• I maintain order and tidiness in assigned rooms
