2020 – present: Assistant professor at the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Lodz 2020 – PhD in economics in the field of management and quality sciences with a dissertation titled "Human Capital and the Effectiveness of Internal Audit" 2016-2020 – Assistant at the Department of Human Resource Management, University of Lodz 2015-2020 – PhD studies at the University of Lodz, Faculty of Management 2013-2015 – Master's degree in Finance and Accounting, thesis on "Analysis and Evaluation of Fraud in Polish SMEs in Łódź Voivodeship" 2010-2016 – Internships/work in various organizations, including accounting offices and BPO/SSC 2010-2013 – Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, thesis on "Evaluation of the Functionality of Internal Audit in SMEs"
