Teaching duties include:

conducting classes in the field of sociology, qualitative research methodology, modern methods of developing competences, interpersonal communication

participating in developing educational programs, developing teaching materials

conducting exams and tests, supervising students' term papers and term papers, conducting and reviewing diploma theses; conducting consultations with students

In the scope of scientific duties, among others:

conducting scientific research and development work in the field of organizational sociology, social research, research on consciousness and personal transformation

disseminating research results by publishing books, chapters and articles in renowned scientific journals

participating in scientific conferences and seminars

participating in the commercialization of research results, consulting in the field of organizational implementation and applied sciences

In the scope of organizational duties, among others:

coordinating postgraduate studies in the field of organizational coaching and mentoring and life-coaching

working in the collegial bodies of the university and in faculty, senate and rector's committees;

organizing promotional and presentation campaigns of the university in the business environment

organizing conferences, symposia, expert seminars
