- I create teaching schedules for the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection and enter them into USOS
- I prepare electronic registration for monographic lectures for students of the Faculty
- I assign the names of coordinators and lecturers from outside the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection
- I manage the reservation of faculty rooms based on the order of applications
- I provide current affairs appropriate to the Planning Team
