1. Administration of matters related to the course of studies and student services:
    full-time, first-cycle studies Investments and real estate, including:
- preparing, issuing and extending student ID cards
- settlement of academic studies
- compliance with and insurance of due repetition or conditional fees (possibly tuition fees)
- printing and archiving general protocols
- receiving and processing applications, notifying students about expulsion, repetition,
   leave granted and other decisions
- introduction of ranking lists for scholarship purposes, advanced support, verification of scholarship lists
- launching the diploma thesis service process in the Diploma Theses Archive (APD), generating additional diploma software
- using statistical drivers for the needs of POLon and other applications for the needs of the Faculty or the University of Lodz

2. replacement in management and COS operation under the manager
3. website operation based on the information provided by COS
4. documentation and service for students studying under the MOST program
5. verification of data in the POLon system
6. technical support in the APD system for Faculty employees
7. generating collective scholarship rankings
8. generating rankings awarded for the award of a congratulatory letter
9. generating monthly scholarship lists for COS employees
10. service awarding the Medal "For Distinguished Studies"
