Researcher and author of scientific articles in the field of quality science as well as film arts. Laureate awarded by the source for academic degrees of the University of Lodz and the jury of the Project Master competition (2019) for the doctoral dissertation Contemporary methods of managing a film project.
Currently, the author's monograph devoted to the issue of Agile in film and a co-authored book publication on the method of film research for children is being discussed.

developing and conducting didactic classes with students,
conducting scientific research in the field of film production (e.g., film team and communication, logistics technology) in the context of the discipline of management and quality,
publication of research conclusions during scientific conferences,
coordination and participation in research and development teams,
reviewing diploma theses and scientific articles, e.g., in the publishing house Zarządzanie w Kulturze,
participation in commissions conducting diploma examinations,
developing expert opinions, analyses, reports, and opinions on the scope of film production.
Scientific and research interests:
Project Management in the cultural market,
relationships in the team on the film set,
Green film production (Green Filming),
culture and sustainable development,
the methodology of researching films, especially for children, and their reception by the audience,
the impact of new technologies on art (e.g., Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality).
