- Administrative service of the Disciplinary Committee for Students and the Disciplinary Appeals Committee for Students, as well as disciplinary ombudsmen and public defenders, maintaining a register of disciplinary proceedings and files of individual cases.
- Administrative service of the Disciplinary Committee for Doctoral Students and the Disciplinary Appeals Committee for Doctoral Students, as well as disciplinary ombudsmen and public defenders, maintaining a register of disciplinary proceedings and files of individual cases.
- Administrative service of the Disciplinary Committee for Academic Teachers and disciplinary ombudsmen and attorneys, maintaining a register of disciplinary proceedings and files of individual cases.
- Substantive support and assistance in the preparation of relevant documents (e.g., notices, minutes, decisions) in disciplinary cases.
- Handling meetings of disciplinary committees and other academic bodies responsible for disciplinary issues.
- Cooperation with the University authorities in resolving disciplinary cases.
