Specialist clinical psychologist, neuropsychologist, certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist (certificate no. 25), certified schema psychotherapist (advanced certificate no. 3631), practitioner in the field of psychological diagnosis and psychotherapy.

My scientific interests and current research areas focus primarily on the neurodevelopmental basis of depressive disorders and personality disorders (mainly borderline personality); J. Panksepp's concept of brain emotional systems; J. Young's theory of early maladaptive schemas and understanding the biological basis of attachment.

Theoretical assumptions and experiential work techniques derived from schema therapy are particularly close to me in scientific work and clinical practice.

I am the author of over 300 scientific publications, including those devoted to personality disorders and the biological and psychological etiology of early maladaptive schemas.

I am the vice-chair of the Polish Association of Schema Therapy and a member of the scientific committee of the social campaign: "Borderline - #ku istotneniu i zakoność",
