My main goal is to take care of the comfort of students living in the UL Dormitory no. 10.
I take care of the residents and I have direct contact with them at the reception. I give the all the information about the conditions of the accommodation. I am responsible for maintaining the flow of information as well as handling administrative issues related to customer service.
Some of my tasks :
-accepting reservations ;
-check-in ;
-charges ;
-issuing invoices ;
-drawing up daily documentation, financial reports ;
