Dr. Tomasz Lachowski is a doctor of law and legal researcher in the Chair of International Law and International Relations at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Łódź, Poland.
He has published extensively on different aspects of international public law, human rights, international criminal justice and transitional justice. His recent scientific research touches upon the legal consequences of the ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine, as well as the process of dealing with historical Soviet crimes in the given states of Central and Eastern Europe with a special reference to the crime of genocide.
