• Administration of local service servers, configuration and modernization of servers and creation of test environments.

• Care for computer and audiovisual equipment in teaching rooms and computer labs of WNG. Hardware and software configuration.

• Administration of the WNG website (UŁ Multiportal).

• Supervision over the functioning of the faculty computer network, configuration of routers (firewall), rack switches, modems, converters, virtual networks. Ensuring network security.

• Distribution of software licenses purchased by WNG for employees and students. Technical support related to the use of licensed software.

• Technical support for WNG administrative units and users of the faculty IT infrastructure in solving problems with access to the network and network services.

• Technical support (IT support, sound reinforcement, hybrid transmission) in the organization of events at WNG.

• Cooperation with the WNG administrative department in the field of IT support at the Faculty.

• Collaboration with the University of Lodz Computer Science Centre in the implementation of network and system services at WNG.
