Teaching duties:

• conducting teaching classes
• conducting exams and tests
• conducting and reviewing diploma theses
• developing teaching materials
• consultations with students

Research responsibilities:

• conducting and participating in scientific research in andragogy
• dissemination of scientific research results by publishing articles in scientific journals
• active participation in scientific conferences

Organizational responsibilities:

• participation in the Council of the Faculty of Educational Sciences
• participation in meetings of the Department of Andragogy and Social Gerontology
• participation in the work of the Employers' Council of the Faculty of Educational Sciences
