In the area of teaching duties:

  • Conducting classes for full-time, part-time and postgraduate students
  • Timely preparation of course materials, syllabus and course administration
  • Participation in developing and updating curricula and teaching schedules for different fields of studies
  • Conducting exams and awarding credits, taking care of students' final papers
  • Conducting and reviewing diploma theses
  • Educating junior research staff and supervising their development as an auxiliary supervisor
  • Office hour consultations with students
  • Maintaining professional development
  • Maintaining high quality education and compliance with the principles of internal education quality assurance at the University of Łódź

In the area of research responsibilities:

  • Conducting and participating in research and development work
  • Disseminating research and results through publications
  • Active participation in conferences and scientific seminars
  • Improving professional development

In the area of organizational responsibilities:

  • Member of Rector`s accommodation committee, faculty council and internship program committee
