Habilitated doctor in the field of economics, assistant professor at the Department of Public Finance at the University of Lodz. Habilitation thesis is devoted to the study of the conditions for establishing macroeconomic equilibrium under the influence of monetary and fiscal transmission shocks.
Research interests include, among others, macroeconomics and finance, the impact of public revenue policy on economic development and growth, the study of issues related to budget policy aimed at creating favorable conditions for long-term sustainable economic growth and searching for the optimal scope of market economy regulation.
Author of over 60 scientific publications in English, Polish, Ukrainian.
