He is responsible for the company's growth strategy and operations in the US and Canada. In addition, he is in charge of strategy and investment in the food sector in Brazil, as well as for the global strategy of the Uncle Ben's brand.
Jarosław Świgulski has worked at Mars Polska since 2006 – from 2011 he was a general manager of Care & Treats in Europe. Prior to that, he has been associated with Procter & Gamble for 14 years.
