Małgorzata Skonieczna joined the PepsiCo team in 1993 in Poland and since then has held various positions in marketing, communications and external relations. Prior to her position in the Central Europe business unit, she worked as an External Communications Director for Europe, earlier as an External Relations Director for Eastern Europe, where she was responsible for the territories of Russia, Ukraine and Poland; and as a Marketing Director for Central Europe.
Since March 2005, she has been a President of the Board of the Polish Federation of Food Manufacturers. From 2006 to 2009, she also served as a Vice President of the Confederation of Food and Drink Industry in the European Union.
In 2011, she was awarded the Silver Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland for her activities at the Federation.
She is a graduate of English literature at the University of Łódź.
