Marcin Kaczmarek

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. He was responsible for the creation of the Lodz branch of one of the largest prop-trading companies in the world – OSTC Poland. He started his work in 2008 with a small group of traders. Marcin Kaczmarek was in charge of strategic management and searching for new development opportunities. Over the years, he was responsible for creating training plans for employees, their development and mentoring. He also led independent projects related to the development of the OSTC Poland unit in Lodz.

After 7 years at the OSTC, Marcin joined Nordea Bank AB, where he returned after spending 18 months at State Street as a Trade Support Manager.
