Graduate of Economics and Organisation of Construction and Investment at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, University of Lodz. She completed postgraduate studies in banking, management accounting and controlling. She began her career at Petro Bank S.A. (Nordea Bank Polska S.A.). Since 2010, she has served as Director of the Treasury Department at PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. She is responsible for financial management and aid funds and, until August 2014, also managed the area of property insurance.
She actively participated in the formal and legal consolidation of companies in the Conventional Energy area, which includes power plants, mines, and thermal power plants. She also served as the Cash Management Project Manager for the PGE Capital Group, chaired the Team for financing the construction of the power plant in Pulawy, and was a member of the Team for the construction of power units 5 and 6 in Opole. As part of her duties, she carried out the process of centralizing all functions in the area of finance, aid funds and property insurance covering 12 Branches of PGE GiEK S.A.
