Paweł Kacprzyk has experience in the insurance industry and the healthcare market. Over the past 20 years he held various managerial positions and CEO roles. From 2015 to 2017, as the CEO of PZU Health S.A. and the Managing Director of the Health Insurance Division of the PZU Group, he was responsible for the development of business lines dedicated to health. In addition, from 2011 to 2014 he was the CEO and a President of Medicover Group, a network of private medical facilities and hospitals. As of February, he took over as the CEO of Nationale-Nederlanden in Poland.
Paweł Kacprzyk is a graduate in economics at the University of Lodz. He also completed the Advanced Management Programme of the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra in Barcelona.
