He graduated in economics from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz in 1997.
During his studies he started working at Ericpol in Łódź. Ericpol is the largest IT company in Łódź Voivodeship, which has representative offices in four countries and employs over 2000 people. Along with the company's development, Przemysław Skoczkowski gained experience in technical and management positions. Currently, he is responsible for the implementation of the innovation programme in an organisation of 650 people developing and maintaining the software of one of the largest suppliers of telecommunications infrastructure in the world, Ericsson.
He has extensive professional experience in software test methodology, project management and HR management gained in Canada, Sweden, Germany, Norway, Italy and Poland.
