Expert in the field of capital transactions, company strategy building and restructuring. During his career, he has created business strategies and restructuring plans for companies in Poland and Germany. He has completed numerous acquisition transactions and public offers for entities in the energy, telecommunications, construction, chemical, automotive, consumer goods and retail sectors.
During his career, he worked with Arthur Andersen, led the restructuring team at Roland Berger Strategy Consultans and the M&A department at Bank Zachodni WBK (now Santander). From 2017 to 2020, he served as a Director of Strategy and Development of the Ziko Pharmacy Network. Since 2021, he has been employed at JLL as the Head of Energy and Infrastructure Advisory Poland.
Rafał Skowroński graduated in International Economic and Political Relations specialising in International Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz. He is also a graduate of the DAAD scholarship programme at the University of Bayreuth in Germany.
He is fluent in English, German and Spanish. He is passionate about travel and endurance sports.
