A graduate of the University of Lodz. He commenced his professional journey in 1995 at the investment accounting department of the Bełchatów KWB. He later assumed roles of a Member of the Board of the Bełchatów Mine and a Member of the Board and Finance Director of PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka S.A.
