Tomasz Maciejak

At SII, Tomasz Maciejak is responsible for building a new BPO business line.

He is a manager with many years of professional experience gained in corporations from the Business Process Outsourcing and Shared Services sector. Among others, he worked at Deloitte-Touche and in the Pelion Capital Group – initially as an Internal Auditor at PGF SA and then as a Vice President of the Management Board for Finance at UAB NFG (Lithuania). From 2008 to 2013, he was associated with Genpact – one of the leading BPO providers, heading offices in Poland and the Czech Republic. From 2014 to 2017, he served as a President of the Management Board of Business Support Solutions SA. He assumed the position of the Director of the BPO Competence Centre at SII Poland in 2018.
Certified Auditor and Certified Internal Auditor, participated in the prestigious ACCA programme.

An author of numerous publications on the Outsourcing and Shared Services market.

A VIP graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz – majoring in Computer Science and Econometrics.
