Waldemar Olbryk

Waldemar Olbryk holds a degree in Economics from the University of Lodz and an MBA jointly awarded by the University of Lodz and the College of Maryland. He also holds the title of Professional Project Manager according to the Project Management Institute standards.

Professionally, he is associated with the city of Łódź: he was involved in the creation of Manufaktura in Łódź, then worked with the Phillips Lighting company. In 2008 he joined Skanska to become the President of Skanska Property Poland in 2011 (until 2014). It is worth noting that he is the first Pole in this position since the company’s establishment.

On 1 August 2017, he joined Poland's largest developer Echo Investment S.A. as Director of the Residential Department. He was accepted into the RSA (Royal Society for the Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) in 2018.
