The programme consisted of two stages – online and on-site – and artificial intelligence (AI) was its main theme. During several weeks of online classes, the students learned AI tools and prepared for the final event – the international conference IMPACT AI ICON 2025.
During the on-site part, held at the Hellenic Mediterranean University in Chania, Crete, the participants took part in workshops and lectures led by experts from partner universities from all over Europe. Topics covered included intercultural cooperation, design thinking, communication and digital citizenship.
The project culminated in a conference during which the participants delivered their presentations on the use of AI in various areas of life. Participation in the programme was an excellent opportunity for students to test themselves in an international environment, develop skills for the future and broaden their cultural and professional horizons.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to dr hab. Bogna Kaźmierska-Jóźwiak, Associate Professor at the University of Lodz, and Aneta Sorbjan from the International Relations Office, University of Lodz, who made it possible to carry out this project.
