Doctor of Humanities, graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz.
A sociologist of culture. Certified trainer-lecturer in human resources management of Ernst&Young (now EY). Journalist, media expert, author of several television projects.
She has been a lecturer in sociology and social research methodology at the University of Lodz for seventeen years. She is currently teaching at non-public universities. Since 1997, she has been in charge of TOYA Television, being a president of the Management Board and editor-in-chief of the station. In 2008, she was awarded the "Za zasługi dla Miasta Łodzi" (For services to the City of Łódź) badge by the Łódź City Council.
