The Accounting Department works in several systems such as PP, ERP financial and accounting system - SIMPLE and banking systems. In performing our duties, we record events concerning all activities of the University of Lodz. The main tasks carried out by the Accounting Department staff include:
1/ checking, approving and decreeing purchase and sales documents,
2/ entering internal documents into the system,
3/ import/entry, posting and archiving of bank statements,
4/ carrying out activities related to financial preparation of business trips abroad of employees, doctoral students and students of the University of Lodz,
5/ accounting for VAT and CIT,
5/ preparation and preparation of financial reports of the University of Lodz.
