1. Organizing the process of improving the teaching skills of the Faculty’s staff. Development and implementation of training programs for employees.
   
2. Supporting in the use of new forms and methods of education in the teaching process.
3. Ensuring additional developmental opportunities for students and candidates for studies.
4. Undertaking activities that supplement the teaching offer addressed to students.
5. Cooperation with units involved in the development of programs, methods and forms of education and supporting the development of teaching, including the UŁ Teaching Improvement Commission.
