The Data Protection Officer with the Data Protection Office shall perform tasks including:
1. informing and advising the controller, processor and employees who process personal data about their obligations in relation to data processing,
2. monitoring compliance with the GDPR, other Union or Member State data protection laws and policies of the controller or processor in the field of personal data protection,
3. providing recommendations on data protection impact assessment upon request and monitoring its implementation,
4. cooperating with the supervisory authority,
5. acting as a contact point for the supervisory authority on processing issues, including prior consultation, and consulting on any other matters as appropriate.
