The tasks of the Public Procurement and Purchasing Center of the University of Lodz include:
1) preparation and publication of the public procurement plan of the University of Łódź in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law,
2) preparation of an annual report on awarded contracts for the President of the Public Procurement Office,
3) issuing opinions on applications for determining the purchase procedure,
4) interpreting project budgets and updating them in the event of changes in expenses specified in a given budget,
5) keeping registers of ongoing procedures,
6) providing explanations regarding the functioning of public procurement in University of Lodz,
7) conducting tender procedures,
8) giving opinions on draft contracts and annexes in the field of public procurement,
9) providing explanations in the scope of implemented contracts,
10) issuing announcements regarding signed successive and framework contracts.
