Virtual Exchange
Virtual Exchange is a form of virtual mobility characterised by particularly intensive interaction between teachers and students involving at least classrooms in two countries. They follow joint learning objectives in international groups by communicating via the internet. Virtual exchange is based on teacher collaboration, where educators jointly design and implement educational activities that are part of regular study programmes.
Blended Exchange
Blended Exchange formats combine online and on-site learning and teaching phases. One part of the course takes place online, one part takes place as a group activity on-site at one of the partner universities.
Challenge-based-learning (CBL)
It refers to education based on actual problems that consists in applying theoretical knowledge to develop solutions for real-world challenges through collaboration in diverse, interdisciplinary teams.
